Upper Bounce

Bought a UBSF01-55 model and one of the bars has one wrong end. Due to that, I am unable to finish installing the safety net. I called your customer service and was informed no one would be there until the 11th to help me. 9 days with no one on customer service is unacceptable. I am wondering how I can quickly get this fixed.

I just received the UBRTG01-814 5/13/2016, both C1 parts holes are not right there for I can not place the bolts in. Please help me with this so I can get it put up, its my son birthday present and now it just a pile.
