I just received the 48" trampoline, and I cannot unfold it.

 Please view the attached manual with instruction on how to open this.

Why is there no answer to the same problem posted by another person 3 months ago?

Help! I got the 48" as a Christmas present for my teen and we can't unfold it. Extremely disappointed!!!
