Upper Bounce

the mat would not stretch to the other side it seems smaller than 16 ft

Just ordered my 16ft and the mat is for a 15ft, sounds like the same issue.  I hope to have a replacement by next week since I have a birthday party for my son and kids will be jumping.  Did you end up getting yours resolved and if so how long did it take?
